On the afternoon of August 1st, Huang Guanxuan, Deputy Secretary of the Wanjiang District Party Committee and District Head, Sun Xulin, Director of the Wanjiang Economic Development Bureau, and Shi Xiaofei, Deputy Director, visited Chaoye Precision for a new post inspection and research activity. Liu Yanlai, Deputy General Manager of Chaoye Precision, He Yupo, R&D Director, Long Fenghua, Production Director, and others attended the inspection and research activity. At the meeting, Deputy General Manager Liu Yanlai first expressed his gratitude to the Wanjiang Party Committee and government leaders for their long-standing support and recognition of Chaoye Precision. Subsequently, Mr. Liu introduced the company's basic situation, elaborated on the company's current development status and future strategic plan, pointing out that the new energy industry is in a period of rapid development, Chaoye Precision's business is performing well, its major clients are all leading enterprises in the lithium battery manufacturing field, and its future development prospects are broad.

District Head Huang Guanxuan stated that the government prioritizes serving enterprises and promoting economic development. When enterprises encounter difficulties in their development, such as common problems with funding and land, specific analyses should be conducted. Solutions should be formulated reasonably and in compliance with relevant national policies, providing subsidies to enterprises to better assist them in coordinating and resolving issues. Different enterprises have different characteristics and needs; the government should tailor its services to different enterprises accordingly. The common goal is to help enterprises overcome challenges on their path to development.

During the meeting, District Head Huang expressed great concern and importance regarding Chaoye's relocation to a new factory building, emphasizing safety issues. District Head Huang expressed gratitude for Chaoye Precision's contribution to Wanjiang's economic development and hoped that Wanjiang could provide Chaoye with a sense of home, allowing Chaoye to take deep root. Chaoye Precision's development has been rapid, its R&D capabilities are industry-leading, it is a leading enterprise in the intelligent equipment industry, and is among the top three fastest-growing enterprises in Wanjiang, striving to become a leading enterprise in high-end intelligent lithium-ion battery equipment!

District Head Huang also provided some suggestions on the current development trend of Chaoye Precision: First, seize opportunities! The lithium battery industry is still in a state of rapid development, and the market outlook is optimistic. Chaoye Precision occupies a certain market share in the lithium battery equipment industry; the company is strong and can consider increasing investment and personnel to expand production capacity, and the government can provide support policies for employment and recruitment; some European regions have begun to implement policies for pure electric vehicles and bans on fuel vehicles, and China is also vigorously promoting electric vehicles. Chaoye has a promising future and should seize the opportunity to enter the mainstream electric vehicle supply chain. Second, District Head Huang cordially pointed out that the Wanjiang economy is developing well, thanks to good companies like Chaoye Precision. It is hoped that cooperation between the government and enterprises will become increasingly closer, together injecting more favorable elements into economic development, and that Chaoye and the government will communicate and connect more often, expressing their demands, needs, and problems, and the government will provide good services for the enterprise. Mr. Liu stated that Chaoye Precision will leverage government support, paying more attention to talent cultivation, core technology R&D, and market development, giving full play to the enterprise's own characteristics and advantages, and making Chaoye bigger and stronger.
