Film making and stacking machine equipment
This equipment integrates the functions of electrode sheet production, automatic stacking, CCD detection of positive and negative electrode misalignment during stacking, material feeding and pressing, separation of multiple battery packs, and material unloading for soft-pack lithium-ion batteries. The equipment's input is roll-shaped material, and its output is a single battery cell (step-cell). Material loading is manual, and unloading is done using trays; the process is fully automated.
