EV aluminum shell secondary injection molding machine
This equipment is used in the Degassing process of square aluminum shell batteries and is fully automated. Materials arrive via a logistics line. The equipment completes battery scanning, battery weighing, Degassing, secondary variable liquid injection, helium injection into the battery, and processes such as semi-insertion and full insertion of sealing pins. The equipment automatically reads the top cover barcode and binds it to the battery information, recording the vacuum degree, pre- and post-weighting information of the battery, and the barcode in a one-to-one correspondence. This information is automatically saved on the local industrial PC and can be uploaded to the MES system.

This equipment is mainly used to realize the secondary liquid injection process of the battery: mainly including battery scanning, pre-weighing, vacuuming, secondary liquid injection & helium filling, post-weighing, pressing sealing pins, pin detection, DEC dripping, and mechanical wiping.
